RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
- English and Hindi proficiency preferred.
- Respond to customer inquiries and recommend suitable products.
- Follow up on quotations via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Handle customer queries and support negotiations.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
- Assist the sales team in converting quotations into orders.
- Maintain customer relationships and update CRM records.
