Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Team Lead with a strong background in Appian to guide our technical team in delivering cutting-edge solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Appian and will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of applications, ensuring high-quality standards and best practices are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical guidance and support in Appian development.
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian platform, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and the technical team to ensure project alignment.
- Stay updated with the latest Appian features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the development of project documentation,
including technical specifications and user manuals.
- Participate in project planning and estimation activities.
Mandatory Skills:
- Strong expertise in Appian development, including process modeling, interface design, and integration.
- Proficient in Appian architecture and deployment best practices.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with other development tools and technologies, such as .NET, SQL, or web services.
- Experience in leading technical teams and managing project deliverables.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and best practices.
- Certifications in Appian or related technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in a technical lead role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
