About the job We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager who brings maturity, leadership, and the ability to effectively handle and guide a team of energetic, young creative professionals. The ideal candidate will seamlessly balance seasoned judgment with the dynamic energy of a young studio environment, fostering collaboration while maintaining high design standards. Day-to-day tasks include designing, planning, coordinating with other professionals, and ensuring that all architectural work meets the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Key Attributes & Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of young, creative designers, channeling their energy into meaningful, high-quality outputs
- Demonstrate a strong design sensibility with a deep understanding of spatial planning and functionality




- Combine creativity with practical knowledge of materials, construction techniques, and execution
- Oversee and refine details related to finishes, lighting, furniture, and overall design coherence
- Ensure design intent is maintained from concept through execution
- Bring structure, discipline, and clarity to the design process What We’re Looking For:
- A seasoned professional with substantial experience in architectural/interior design
- Robust leadership and team management skills
- Ability to bridge creative vision with practical implementation
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to design excellence Qualifications · 15-25 years of experience in the architectural design Proficiency in Architectural Design and Construction Drawings · Experience in Design Management and Architecture · Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail · Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field · Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru · Experience in commercial and residential projects is a plus · Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Sketchup, Revit ,Vray, Detailing drawing, BOQ, Amar S HR Team (phone hidden) It is paid
