We are looking for an experienced AppDynamics Administrator / APM Engineer with 6-10 years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring (APM), Real User Monitoring (RUM), and Splunk integration. The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in AppDynamics administration, agent deployment, performance analysis, cloud monitoring, and automation across enterprise applications.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and administer AppDynamics APM solutions.
- Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot AppDynamics Controllers, Events Service, and Agents.

- Configure Business Transactions, Application Tiers, Flow Maps, Health Rules, Policies,



Baselines, Dashboards, Reports, and Alerts.
- Perform application performance monitoring, capacity planning, and environment optimization.
- Identify performance bottlenecks and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
- Integrate AppDynamics with Splunk and ServiceNow.
- Implement Synthetics Monitoring and Serverless monitoring.
- Instrument applications on Linux and Windows platforms.
- Automate administration tasks using Python and Terraform.
- Work with AWS/Azure cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.
- Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and business teams to improve application availability and performance.
- Mentor junior engineers and define monitoring best practices.
