Role & Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel and Spring Boot.

- Develop Camel routes using Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).

- Build REST and SOAP service integrations with enterprise applications.

- Integrate message brokers such as Kafka, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.

- Develop data transformation logic for JSON, XML, and flat-file formats.

- Implement robust error handling, retry mechanisms, and dead-letter queues.

- Containerize applications using Docker and deploy on Kubernetes/OpenShift.

- Write unit and integration tests using JUnit, Mockito, and Camel Test Kit.

- Monitor and troubleshoot production integrations, perform RCA, and optimize performance.

- Collaborate with development, QA, DevOps, and business teams throughout the SDLC.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies, code reviews, and production release activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational runbooks.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 34 years of hands-on experience in Java development.

- Strong experience with Apache Camel and Spring Boot.

- Good understanding of Enterprise Integration Patterns (EIP).

- Experience with REST, SOAP, Kafka, JMS, ActiveMQ, or RabbitMQ.





- Knowledge of SQL databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.

- Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes.

- Familiarity with Git, Maven, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Knowledge of JSON, XML, XSLT, Jackson, and JAXB.

- Good debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Enterprise Integration projects is an added advantage.
