Role Overview

We are looking for qualified and compassionate ANMs, GNMs, Caregivers, and EMTs to join our growing team. You will be the primary caregiver for our clients — providing hands-on nursing care, emotional support, and professional coordination with families and the Silvalet team.

Key Responsibilities

- On-Demand Nursing Care: Provide compassionate nursing care to clients at home, in hospitals, or while travelling, based on assignment.
- Elderly & Daily Living Support: Assist elderly clients with mobility, personal hygiene, feeding, and medication reminders.
- Health Monitoring: Monitor and record vital signs and health status; report any changes promptly to the supervising healthcare team.
- Clinical Procedures: Administer medications, wound care, injections, and other nursing procedures as prescribed.
- Specialised Patient Care: Support post-operative, bedridden, palliative, and chronic illness patients with appropriate nursing care.
- Family Communication: Communicate regularly with family members regarding patient care, hygiene, nutrition, and safety.
- Safe Environment: Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for all clients at all times.
- Patient Dignity & Confidentiality: Build respectful, professional relationships with patients and families while upholding dignity, privacy, and confidentiality.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly and calmly to patient needs and medical emergencies.
- Team Coordination:



Coordinate with the Silvalet team to ensure seamless and effective patient care delivery.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of hospital visits, service logs, visit reports, and all required documentation.

Eligibility & Requirements 1. ANM, GNM, GD, or EMT qualification from a recognised institution. (Nursing students can also apply)

2. Freshers and experienced candidates are equally welcome to apply.

3. Compassionate, patient-focused, and responsible attitude.

4. Good communication skills with the ability to work independently.

5. Willingness to travel to patients' homes or locations within the assigned service area.

6. Male/Female candidates with a valid driving license will be given high preference
