Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Android Full-Stack Development SME with 10+ yrs of Android automotive experience which lead the design, development, and delivery of complex Android-based solutions. Candidate will possess deep expertise in Android application and framework development, backend integration, cloud-native architectures, and end-to-end software development lifecycle management.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead architecture, design, and development of Android automotive applications and platform solutions.
- Drive end-to-end full-stack development including Android front-end, middleware, APIs, and cloud integration.
- Define technical roadmaps, best practices, coding standards, and development guidelines.
- Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX teams, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
- Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices to support Android applications.
- Optimize application performance, reliability,



scalability, and security.
- Review code, conduct technical assessments, and mentor development teams.

Required Technical Skills

- Solid expertise in Kotlin and Java and C++.
- Android apps, framework, middleware, Android SDK, Android Studio, Jetpack libraries.
- MVVM, Clean Architecture, Repository Pattern.
- Android UI development using Jetpack Compose and XML.
- Material Design principles.
- Android Automotive OS (AAOS) experience is highly preferred.
- Android OS upgrade

- Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and Android Auto.
- Connected Vehicle and Infotainment Systems experience.
- Automotive standards and software-defined vehicle concepts.
- AI/ML integration, Voice Assistants, or Generative AI solutions.
- Experience working with OEMs or Tier-1 automotive suppliers.
- Good to have AI/AAA in android
