Role Description The Analyst role is a full-time hybrid position based in Ahmedabad, with flexibility for part-time work from home as business needs allow. The Analyst will collect, clean, and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to generate clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders.

Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing reports and dashboards, supporting performance tracking, and contributing to forecasting and trend analysis. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, refine analytical approaches, and present findings in a concise, understandable format. The Analyst will also help improve data processes, document methodologies,



and support ad hoc analysis to inform strategic and operational decisions.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong analytical and quantitative skills, including data analysis, basic statistical understanding, and the ability to interpret trends.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common data tools such as spreadsheets (e.g., Excel or Google Sheets) and, ideally, business intelligence or reporting tools.
- Candidates should possess solid communication skills, including the ability to summarize complex information clearly in written reports and presentations.
- Candidates should possess strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent practical experience is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment from Ahmedabad, collaborating both in-person and remotely with diverse teams.
- Demonstrated problem-solving mindset, curiosity about data, and willingness to learn current tools and methodologies.
