Key Responsibilities - Configure and support NICE Actimize SAM (Suspicious Activity Monitoring) solutions.

- Develop and tune detection scenarios to improve alert quality and reduce false positives.
- Analyze rule performance and optimize transaction monitoring.
- Manage alert lifecycle and support investigation workflows.
- Work with Actimize AIS, RCM, and Risk Scoring Models.
- Collaborate with business, compliance, operations, and technology teams to deliver AML solutions.




- Troubleshoot production issues and provide platform support.

Required Skills - 5+ years of hands-on experience with NICE Actimize SAM.

- Strong knowledge of AML (Anti-Money Laundering) and Transaction Monitoring.
- Experience with Actimize AIS, RCM, and Risk Scoring Models.
- Expertise in configuring detection scenarios, alert tuning, and investigation workflows.
- Robust analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is preferred.
