Roles and Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customers' needs.




- Identify opportunities to upsell/cross-sell relevant products/services based on customer requirements.
- Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre workplace handling international voice processes (UK preferred).
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and analytical thinking.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.
