Experience Technical Skills

- Seniority: 20+ years of proven experience as an Amin / Land Surveyor
- Measurement: Mastery of NAPI land measurement, plot measurement, boundary marking, and demarcation
- Drafting: Skilled in NAPI sketch preparation and the ability to trace maps with high accuracy
- C.A.R.E. Framework: Ability to Check, Assess, Record, and Evaluate to create comprehensive NAPI sketches
- Modern Tools: Familiarity with GPS and basic GIS mapping (preferred)

Documentation Script Expertise

- Scripts: Ability to read and interpret Record of Rights (RoR) in both Devanagari and Kaithi scripts
- Record Analysis: Deep understanding of Khatiyan, Jamabandi Panji, sale deeds, and mutation records
- Verification:



Expert at cross-referencing Khatiyan data with on-site land positions
- Reporting: Strong skills in creating structured reports that capture minute land details and local revenue documentation
