Job Summary

We are looking for an Admin & Labour Management Executive to oversee contract workforce operations, maintain discipline, and manage attendance systems. The role also includes supervising housekeeping, pantry, and guest house operations to ensure smooth facility management in a factory environment.

Key Responsibilities

Labour Management

- Manage and coordinate contract labour workforce on a daily basis.
- Ensure discipline and proper conduct among contract workers.
- Maintain records of contract workers and monitor their attendance.

Attendance Management

- Operate and monitor the biometric attendance system for contract workers.
- Maintain daily attendance records and reports.

PF & ESIC Management

- Handle PF and ESIC registration for contract labour and maintain all related records.





Facility Supervision

- Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure workplace cleanliness.
- Manage pantry operations and ensure proper maintenance and supplies.

Guest House Management

- Oversee guest house operations, including room maintenance and cleanliness.
- Coordinate guest arrangements and ensure proper hospitality services.

Requirements

- Factory / Manufacturing experience mandatory
- Experience in contract labour management
- Knowledge of PF & ESIC registration process
- Experience in biometric attendance systems
- Strong coordination and discipline management skills
- Comfortable with night shift

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial setting preferred Role & responsibilities
