Job Summary

- Build, scale and institutionalise Novel Patterns partner ecosystem.

- Create repeatable partner-led revenue motions, co-sell frameworks and joint go-to-market initiatives.

Responsibilities

- Build relationships with Big 4, top-tier consulting firms, channel partners and system integrators.

- Position Novel Patterns products within transformation programmes for banks, NBFCs and investment firms.

- Drive joint solutioning, account mapping, co-selling, partner onboarding and enablement.

- Track partner-sourced pipeline, deal velocity and revenue contribution through structured governance.

Qualifications

- 7-10 years in alliances, partnerships, channel sales or ecosystem roles.

- Prior experience working with or within Big 4 or top-tier consulting firms is mandatory.

- Robust understanding of BFSI,



FinTech or enterprise technology ecosystems.

- Proven partner-led deal structuring, senior stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
