Key Responsibilities: Menu Preparation: Expertly prepare authentic Bengali dishes (e.g., Macher Jhol, Kosha Mangsho, Shukto, Sweets).

Quality Control: Maintain consistent taste, quality, and presentation of food. Inventory & Stock Management: Oversee kitchen stock, ingredients, and reduce food waste. Hygiene & Safety: Ensure cleanliness and sanitization of kitchen equipment, workstations, and storage areas.

Operational Support: Manage kitchen workflow, assist with menu planning, and coordinate with staff for timely food delivery.

Requirements: Experience: Proven work experience as a Bengali Chef or similar culinary role (often 1-4 years).

Skills: Expertise in Bengali spices, traditional cooking techniques, and regional specialties.

Education: Generally < 10th pass, high school diploma, or relevant vocational training.

Qualities: Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and handle high-pressure situations.
