ACC, is looking for an experienced Alibaba.com Account Manager to manage, optimize, and grow our Alibaba Gold Supplier account. We are seeking a results-driven qualified with a proven track record of increasing international B2B inquiries and converting them into successful export orders.

Position: Alibaba.com Account Manager (B2B E-Commerce Specialist) Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize our Alibaba.com Gold Supplier account.

Handle RFQs and convert inquiries into confirmed orders.

Optimize product listings, keywords, and storefront for maximum visibility.

Improve product rankings through Alibaba SEO strategies.

Plan, manage, and optimize Alibaba P4P advertising campaigns.

Increase store traffic, inquiry volume, and conversion rates.

Monitor store performance and implement continuous improvements.

Develop strategies to generate qualified international B2B leads.

Requirements





Minimum 3 years of proven experience managing Alibaba.com accounts.

Strong understanding of Alibaba SEO, keyword research, and ranking strategies.

Hands-on experience with RFQs, Trade Assurance, and P4P advertising.

Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to analyze store performance and deliver measurable growth.

Previous experience in export manufacturing or B2B international trade will be preferred.
