Job Overview: We are currently seeking dedicated and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our ground staff team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to passengers and ensuring the secure and efficient operation of our airport.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at check-in, boarding, and arrival areas 2. Handle passenger inquiries and provide accurate information about flight schedules, delays, and other relevant details 3. Process passenger tickets, check baggage, and issue boarding passes 4. Conduct security checks and ensure compliance with safety regulations 5.
Assist passengers with special needs and provide necessary support throughout their journey 6. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and smooth departure and arrival of flights 7.
Monitor and manage passenger flow to maintain a comfortable and organized airport environment 8. Handle flight disruptions, delays,
and cancellations in a professional and efficient manner 9.
Collaborate with other ground staff to handle baggage and cargo operations 10. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times and handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and effectively.
Qualifications and Skills: 1. High school diploma or equivalent 2. Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment 4.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills 5. Knowledge of airport operations and safety regulations is an asset 6. Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays 7.
Physically fit and able to lift heavy baggage as needed 8. Fluency in English and Hindi is required, knowledge of other languages is an asset.
