Position: Airport Ground Staff Company Overview:

: We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services and providing excellent customer service to passengers.

Key Responsibilities: 1. Greet and assist passengers at the check-in counter, ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in process.

- Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Assist passengers with their luggage and guide them to their designated boarding gates. 4.

Ensure the safety and security of passengers by following all airport regulations and procedures.

- Coordinate with other airport staff to ensure the timely departure and arrival of flights.




- Provide accurate flight information and updates to passengers.
- Handle cash and process payments for excess baggage and other services.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent.

- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred. 3.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Must be able to work flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy luggage.
