Responsibilities
- Greet and assist passengers with check-in,
boarding, and baggage handling procedures - Provide excellent customer service to all passengers, addressing any inquiries or concerns - Ensure the safety and security of all passengers and airport facilities - Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the airport terminal - Coordinate with other ground staff and airport personnel to ensure timely and efficient flight operations - Handle any unexpected situations or emergencies in a calm and professional manner - Adhere to all airport and company policies and procedures - Assist with any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and customer service skills -
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work flexible hours,
