Position: Airport Ground Staff Career For Freshers

: We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Airport Ground Staff for freshers. As a Ground Staff, you will be responsible for assisting with the smooth functioning of airport operations and ensuring the safety and comfort of passengers.

Key Responsibilities

- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in, boarding gates, and baggage claim areas - Checking passengers' tickets and passports and ensuring they are valid - Assisting with the boarding process and ensuring all passengers are seated and ready for takeoff - Handling and resolving customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Assisting with the loading and unloading of baggage and cargo onto the aircraft - Conducting safety and security checks of the aircraft before and after each flight -

Assisting passengers with special needs, such as elderly or disabled individuals - Collaborating with other airport staff,

including pilots, flight attendants, and ground crew,



to ensure smooth operations - Maintaining a clean and organized work area and following all safety protocols - Adhering to all company policies and procedures, as well as aviation regulations and safety standards.

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent -

Excellent communication and customer service skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile environment - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Attention to detail and ability to multitask - Willingness to work irregular hours,

including evenings, weekends, and holidays - Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects - Basic computer skills - Fluent in

English (additional languages are a plus).

Contract Details: This is a full-time position with a competitive salary and benefits package. You will be required to work 40 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime during busy periods. This position is based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you must be willing to relocate if you are not already based in the area.
