Experience & Domain Knowledge - Robust travel domain knowledge with in depth ATPCO Fare Filing experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of training experience on Fare Filing and GDS.
- Proven experience in new hire training and OJT coaching.
Skills & Competencies - Strong ability to identify skill gaps and translate them into actionable training plans.
- Good knowledge of training methodologies and adult learning principles.
- Excellent coaching, feedback, stakeholder management, and people management skills.
- Strong analytical and planning abilities Qualification :
- - Good knowledge of MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
exposure to digital or LMS based training preferred.
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts, as per business needs.
