About the role-

Adotrip is looking for a Airline Operations & Ticketing Executive / Senior Executive with strong expertise in Amadeus GDS, flight ticketing, and customer handling . The role involves managing domestic and international flight bookings while ensuring smooth and efficient customer service.

Key Responsibilities-

- Handle domestic and international flight bookings through Amadeus GDS .
- Manage ticket issuance, reissue, cancellation, refunds, and rescheduling .
- Provide flight options, fare quotations, itineraries, and booking support.




- Handle customer queries through calls, email, and chat professionally.
- Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for booking and issue resolution.
- Follow airline fare rules, ticketing procedures, and operational guidelines.
- Maintain accurate booking records and operational reports.
- Ensure timely, courteous, and customer-focused service.

Required Skills & Experience-
- Graduate in any discipline with 3–5 years of experience in flight ticketing/travel operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amadeus GDS is mandatory.
- Robust knowledge of domestic & international ticketing, fare rules, refunds, reissues, and cancellations.
- Excellent communication and customer handling skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple bookings and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook .
