Job Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end Air Export Operations.
- Coordinate with airlines, warehouse, transport vendors, CHA, and overseas agents.
- Manage cargo bookings, shipment tracking, and export documentation.
- Ensure timely shipment execution and resolve operational issues.
- Provide regular shipment updates and excellent customer service.

Required Skills

- Experience in Air Export Operations within a Freight Forwarding/Logistics company.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, Air Freight Documentation, Customs Procedures, and Airline Routing.
- Hands-on experience with airline booking portals and Logistics/ERP software.
- Valuable communication and client handling skills.

Preferred: Immediate Joiners / 15 Days Notice.
