Key Responsibilities Dealing & Trading Functions

- Execute trades in equity, debt, money market instruments, mutual funds, and other financial products as per approved investment mandates.
- Coordinate with brokers, counterparties, custodians, and internal stakeholders for trade execution and settlement.
- Monitor market movements, liquidity, interest rates, and security prices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and internal investment policies.
- Maintain trade records and support trade reconciliation activities.
- Generate dealing reports and provide transaction updates to management. Reporting & Analytics
- Analyze portfolio performance, exposure limits, and compliance reports.
- Assist fund managers and senior management with ad-hoc data requests.
- Preparing presentations Compliance & Risk Management
- Ensure adherence to SEBI, AMFI, RBI, and internal compliance guidelines.
- Support audit and regulatory reporting requirements.




- Identify discrepancies in trade and database records and resolve them promptly.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of financial and client information. Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field.
- MBA (Finance), CFA, NISM, FRM, or equivalent certification preferred. Experience
- 2-5 years of experience in dealing, capital markets, financial services, or data analytics
- Experience in Asset Management Companies (AMC), PMS, Mutual Funds, Treasury, Brokerages, or Banks preferred. Technical Skills
- Solid understanding of equity, debt, and money market instruments. • Advanced MS Excel and powerpoint
- Knowledge of Bloomberg, Reuters, NSE/BSE systems, or dealing platforms
