Role Description As an AI Video Specialist at Synthflex Media, you will be responsible for designing, producing, and editing video content that leverages AI tools and workflows to enhance storytelling and visual impact. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing video shoots, collaborating with creative directors and designers, integrating AI-generated elements, and ensuring smooth media production from concept to delivery.

You will manage post-production processes such as video editing, color correction, basic sound syncing, and preparing content for various digital platforms and new media formats. This is a full-time,



on-site role based in the Greater Delhi Area, requiring close collaboration with the production and creative teams to meet project timelines and quality standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Video Production and Media Production, with experience managing projects from pre-production through final delivery.
- Candidates should possess skills in Video Editing, including proficiency with industry-standard editing software and familiarity with AI-assisted editing tools.
- Candidates should possess skills related to Recent Media, with an understanding of digital platforms, social media formats, and emerging content trends.
- Candidates should possess Photography skills that support visual consistency, framing, lighting, and asset creation for video and mixed-media projects.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience with motion graphics or VFX, familiarity with AI content generation tools, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced studio environment.
- A relevant degree or certification in film, media, communication, design, or a related field, along with a portfolio demonstrating video work and AI-driven projects, is highly desirable.
