Role Description The AI Video Editor at BE SOCIAL is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhopal. This role focuses on creating, editing, and optimizing short-form and long-form video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and brand communication.

The AI Video Editor will use AI-powered tools to generate rough cuts, automate captions, enhance visuals, and streamline post-production workflows, while refining final outputs using professional editing software. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with content creators and marketing teams, interpreting briefs, organizing footage, adding transitions, music, and graphics,



and ensuring videos align with brand guidelines and platform best practices. The role also involves experimenting with new AI video tools, maintaining a consistent content style, and delivering high-quality videos within tight timelines.

Qualifications

- Strong video editing skills using industry-standard software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).
- Experience with AI-powered video tools (e.g., automated editing, AI captioning, AI effects, or generative visuals).
- Understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok) and best practices for short-form and vertical video content.
- Ability to handle motion graphics, basic animation, and visual storytelling to enhance viewer engagement.
- Solid sense of timing, pacing, and audio-visual synchronization for polished video outputs.
- Basic knowledge of camera formats, codecs, resolution, and aspect ratios relevant to digital and social content.
