We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy intern who is passionate about AI, content creation, and online learning to help us build high-quality digital courses.

Position: AI Video Course Creation Intern (Part-Time)

Mode: Remote

Duration: 2-6 Months (Extendable based on performance)

Working Hours: Approximately 3-4 hours/day, Monday to Friday (around 20 hours/week)

Monthly Stipend: ₹10,000

About the Role:

You will work directly with Coach Amrita Gandhi to create engaging, professional online courses using the latest AI tools.

This is an excellent chance for someone who wants hands-on experience in AI content creation, instructional design, digital education, and personal branding.

You will be responsible for converting ideas into polished video lessons that will be sold through our online learning platform.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing structured online courses.
- Convert course outlines into detailed lesson scripts using AI.
- Design visually appealing presentation slides.
- Create AI-generated educational videos using platforms such as HeyGen, Synthesia, or similar tools.
- Edit videos using CapCut or equivalent software.
- Design downloadable worksheets, exercises, quizzes, and PDFs.
- Create graphics and illustrations using Canva and AI design tools.
- Organize course content for upload to the learning platform.
- Ensure all lessons follow a consistent visual and educational format.
- Research examples, case studies, and learning resources where required.
- Coordinate with Coach Amrita Gandhi to refine course content and maintain quality.

Applicants should have experience with (or be willing to quickly learn):

- ChatGPT or other AI writing tools
- Canva
- CapCut
- Microsoft PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Good written and spoken English
- Basic video editing
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines

- Learning Management Systems (LMS)

Key Result Areas (KRAs)

During the internship, the selected candidate will be expected to:

Successfully complete 1-2 professionally designed online courses per month.

Each course should include

- 20–30 structured lessons/modules
- Each lesson approximately 10–15 minutes in duration
- AI-generated video lessons
- Presentation slides
- Lesson scripts
- Practice worksheets
- Quiz questions
- Downloadable course material
- Organized course files ready for upload to the learning platform

The intern will work under the guidance of Coach Amrita Gandhi throughout the course creation process.
