About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Lead to join our dynamic team at Qualcomm. In this role, you will be responsible for managing large-scale, cross-functional projects within our Data Center AI software stack. Your expertise in Agile and Scrum methodologies will be essential in orchestrating seamless delivery across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

You will serve as a key liaison among engineering, product management, and partner teams, facilitating effective communication, dependency management, and risk mitigation. Your leadership will drive the successful execution of complex programs, enabling Qualcomm to maintain its competitive edge in AI and data center technologies.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 8 years of experience in program or project management within software development environments, particularly those utilizing Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban. A strong understanding of modern AI/ML software systems and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on technical dependencies is required.



Candidates should have demonstrated success in planning and delivering cross-functional initiatives involving product, engineering, QA, and operations teams.

Experience working with distributed teams across different time zones and stakeholder groups is essential. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is mandatory, with advanced degrees preferred.

Responsibilities Lead end-to-end program execution across multiple Agile teams delivering components of the AI software stack, including models, frameworks, compilers, runtimes, serving, and platform interfaces.

Develop and maintain an integrated project plan, aligning roadmaps to milestones, dependencies, capacity, risks, and delivery commitments.

Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable backlogs and release plans, facilitating prioritization and trade-off discussions.

Establish and oversee Agile operating cadences such as sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives, while driving cross-team alignment through Scrum-of-Scrums and program syncs.

Coordinate project execution across geographically distributed teams, ensuring clear ownership, dependency management, and shared definitions of done and ready.

Manage release planning, scope control, and change management processes to ensure predictable delivery and stakeholder transparency.

Proactively identify and resolve impediments, tracking and mitigating delivery, technical, schedule, and integration risks with designated owners and deadlines.

Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels,



facilitating decision-making and alignment without direct authority.

Create comprehensive program reports using Agile metrics such as velocity, burn-up/down charts, cycle time, throughput, and quality indicators to inform decision-making and assess delivery confidence.

Promote continuous improvement by coaching teams on Agile practices, enhancing flow efficiency, and strengthening cross-team collaboration and release readiness.
