Role Description As an AI Software Engineer at SkillVeris, you will design, build, and maintain AI-powered features that drive personalized learning experiences. You will develop and optimize machine learning and deep learning models, integrate them into production software systems, and collaborate with product and content teams to translate educational requirements into technical solutions.

Daily tasks include implementing algorithms for pattern recognition and NLP, working with neural network architectures, writing clean and maintainable code, reviewing peers’ code, and monitoring model performance in real-world use. This is a full time, on-site role based in the Greater Coimbatore Area,



requiring close collaboration with local team members and participation in regular planning and review sessions.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Computer Science, including algorithms, data structures, and software engineering principles
- Hands-on experience with Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks, including training, evaluation, and optimization
- Practical knowledge of Natural Language Processing (NLP), such as text classification, language modeling, or conversational AI
- Proficiency in Software Development using modern programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar), version control, and testing practices
- Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) and cloud or distributed computing environments
- Ability to analyze data, interpret model results, and communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Interest in education technology and a commitment to improving access to personalized learning for diverse learners
