AI Platform Practice Architect

Responsibilities

- Built and owned products / platforms at scale

- Understanding of enterprise architecture practices and industry best practices like TOGAF

- Hands on experience in building High volume data and/or high-volume transaction/ computation platforms and applications

- Hands on experience working with cloud native / AI native products and platforms.

- Deep understanding of cloud stack including agentic and generative AI stack and models. Should be capable of designing, developing and deployment of agentic architecture designs

- Preferably deal with decision support, enterprise search, imaging and document intelligence in healthcare.

- Any significant experience in language models, fine-tuning, K-Graphs a big plus

- Good understanding of scalability, security and performance

- Healthcare or life sciences background is a big plus. Else should have worked in regulated industries such as insurance or FinTech

- Should have master's in computer science or AI

- Minimum 15 years experience. With last 5-7 years in platform engineering leadership roles (services experience is a plus).

- Develop creative solutions, accelerators, and frameworks to grow CitiusTech s AI offerings with relevance to Healthcare and Lifesciences

- Collaborate closely with market leadership,



client partners and account managers and support pursuit of large deals and proactive growth in key accounts

- Proactively track latest developments in AI to drive innovation, impact, and growth through these emerging opportunities as well as build a partner ecosystem

- Collaborate closely with all practice leaders, solutions experts and consulting leaders to set a roadmap to drive innovation led growth

Market Innovation Growth

- Co-create and enable focus GTM areas - along with market sales teams

- Drive as well as contribute to marketing activities (webinars, publications, research papers) and channels to establish CitiusTech as a thought leader in Healthcare innovation

- Strengthen sales enablement capabilities (response to RFPs, proposals etc.) through re-usable assets, POCs and frameworks

Technical Delivery Excellence

- Develop specialist engagement delivery and technical leadership capabilities

- Drive technical excellence across all key client engagements

- Ensure customer success and excellence in all AI engagements including the range of scenarios and situations we handle across the range of healthcare clients we handle

Cultural Leadership

- Lead by example through CT values (referred to as P.R.O.U.D.)

- Be entrepreneurial and challenge status quo and yet bring lasting change from within
