Work Setting: WFO Role Purpose The purpose of this role is to build and scale Doceree's organic growth engine. The successful candidate will own every aspect of the content lifecycle, from identifying high-value search opportunities to creating category-defining content that ranks across search engines,



AI platforms and healthcare communities. Success will be measured through qualified organic traffic, AI search visibility, product awareness, qualified lead generation, sales pipeline influenced by content, executive thought leadership and category leadership.

Build a scalable content engine supporting every stage of the buyer journey.

Increase discoverability across traditional and AI-powered search engines.

Improve rankings for high-value commercial keywords.

Create repeatable content frameworks supporting Product Marketing, Sales Enablement and Demand Generation.

Primary Responsibilities

Content Strategy & Editorial Leadership – Own the editorial roadmap, topic clusters, pillar pages, executive thought leadership, research reports and GTM-aligned content.

SEO Strategy – Lead Technical SEO, On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, schema markup, internal linking, Core Web Vitals, metadata, crawlability, indexation and topical authority.

AI Search (AEO/GEO) – Optimize content for ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity and AI Overviews through entity optimization, conversational content, featured snippets and AI citation strategies.

Keyword Intelligence – Conduct advanced search intent research using SemRush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console, Google Keyword Planner, Similarweb

Product Marketing – Develop blogs, product pages, landing pages, comparison pages, case studies, whitepapers, industry reports, customer stories, webinar content, sales enablement and email campaigns.

Content Repurposing – Transform long-form content into LinkedIn posts, executive thought leadership, videos, webinars, paid assets,



sales collateral and nurture campaigns.

Website Optimization – Improve UX, CRO, navigation, CTA placement, internal linking and content architecture.

Analytics & Reporting – Measure rankings, AI visibility, traffic, engagement, conversions, MQLs, SQLs and pipeline contribution while continuously optimizing performance.

Candidate

Profile The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution and possesses deep expertise in Technical SEO, Product Marketing, AI Search, Content Strategy and Growth Marketing.

Experience in Healthcare, Pharma, HealthTech or Enterprise B2B SaaS is highly preferred.

Experience & Skills

5–8 years of experience in SEO and Content Marketing with demonstrated success in scaling organic growth. Solid capabilities in Technical SEO, Semantic SEO, GEO, AEO, AI Search, Product Marketing, Conversion Copywriting, Search Intent Mapping, Topic Clustering and Content Architecture.

Proficiency with SemRush, Ahrefs, GA4, Google Search Console, HubSpot, Google Keyword Planner, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity is essential.
