Role Description The AI Innovation Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for driving the strategic adoption and integration of AI across Engineering Drawing’s products and workflows. This role includes identifying high-impact AI use cases in industrial equipment design, defining innovation roadmaps, and coordinating with engineering, product, and blockchain teams to implement and refine AI-powered features.

The AI Innovation Manager will oversee proof-of-concept initiatives, evaluate tools and models, establish best practices for data usage and model governance, and measure outcomes against business and sustainability goals. Day-to-day activities involve translating complex engineering needs into AI solutions, managing cross-functional projects, preparing documentation and presentations for stakeholders, and staying updated on emerging AI, Industry 4.0,



and blockchain trends relevant to industrial applications.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in AI strategy, machine learning applications, and data-driven problem solving within industrial or engineering contexts.
- Candidates should possess skills in product and innovation management, including roadmap planning, stakeholder alignment, and end-to-end project execution.
- Candidates should possess skills in process engineering or industrial systems, with the ability to understand equipment such as evaporators, reactors, and distillation columns.
- Candidates should possess skills in digital transformation and Industry 4.0, including familiarity with cloud platforms, automation, and IoT-enabled solutions.
- Candidates should possess skills in blockchain or token-based ecosystems, with an understanding of how decentralized collaboration can support engineering workflows.
- Candidates should possess solid analytical, communication, and documentation skills to clearly convey complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, data science, or a related field, and experience leading AI or innovation initiatives.
- Experience in remote, cross-functional collaboration, familiarity with agile methodologies, and a demonstrated interest in sustainable and cost-effective industrial solutions are beneficial.
