Job Overview

We are looking for an AI/ML Tech Lead to lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications. The role involves defining AI technology roadmaps, developing scalable AI architectures, building production-ready AI systems, leading AI modernization initiatives, mentoring technical teams, and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the architecture, design, and development of AI/ML solutions and intelligent applications.

- Define AI technology roadmaps, implementation strategies, and scalable solution architectures.

- Drive development of production-ready AI systems with focus on scalability, security, reliability, and performance.

- Build and deploy Machine Learning, Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, and Generative AI solutions.

- Develop and optimize LLM-based applications including RAG pipelines, AI agents, prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and orchestration workflows.

- Design and implement end-to-end MLOps pipelines for model training, deployment, monitoring,



governance, and lifecycle management.

- Review code, AI models, and system designs to ensure high-quality technical delivery and adherence to best practices.

- Lead AI platform modernization, optimization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Ensure AI solutions comply with ethical AI practices, explainability standards, and governance requirements.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering Teams, Data Teams, and Business Stakeholders to deliver business-driven AI solutions.

- Mentor AI Engineers, Data Scientists, and Developers through technical leadership.

- Conduct technical workshops, knowledge-sharing sessions, and innovation discussions.

- Participate in hiring, technical evaluations, and team development activities.

- Evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, tools, and cloud platforms.

- Contribute to AI transformation initiatives, Proof of Concepts (POCs), and strategic innovation programs.
