REQUIREMENTS

- Strong proficiency in Python (3.x)
- 3-5 years of experience in AI/ML application development
- Strong understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning concepts
- Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Phi, Claude, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Prompt Engineering, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), and AI Agent frameworks
- Experience with REST API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django
- Strong understanding of software architecture and system design principles
- Experience with model deployment and inference optimization
- Familiarity with Vector Databases (FAISS, ChromaDB, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
- Experience with Transformer-based models (BERT, LayoutLM, RoBERTa, etc.)
- Exposure to LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen,



or similar AI frameworks
- Experience with Hugging Face ecosystem and model fine-tuning
- Experience with document processing and OCR
- Knowledge of NLP techniques including classification, information extraction, and semantic search
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and software development best practices
- Understanding of relational and non-relational database
- Strong English communication skills

WOULD BE A PLUS

- Experience with Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, AWS, or GCP
- MCP server & AI Agents, Agentic AI
- Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with MLOps tools and model monitoring

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop and maintain AI/ML solutions for business applications
- Build and optimize LLM-powered applications and document-processing pipelines
- Develop APIs and backend services for AI model integration
- Fine-tune, evaluate, and deploy machine learning models
- Monitor model performance and continuously improve accuracy and efficiency
