Role Overview :

As an AI ML Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying intelligent systems that solve complex business challenges.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, product managers, and software architects, to integrate machine learning models into live production environments.

Your work will directly influence the efficiency of our client platforms, enabling data-driven decision-making and automating critical workflows to improve overall business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement scalable machine learning models and algorithms to address specific client requirements and business objectives.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing web and mobile applications, ensuring seamless performance and high availability.




- Analyze large datasets to identify patterns and trends that provide actionable insights for stakeholders and improve product features.
- Optimize existing models for performance, latency, and accuracy to ensure they meet the rigorous demands of production-grade environments.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all developed models and pipelines to facilitate knowledge sharing and long-term system maintainability.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated proficiency in Python and core machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn for building and training predictive models.
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical modeling techniques to solve real-world problems effectively.
- Proven ability to work with cloud-based AI services and MLOps pipelines to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of machine learning applications.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and team members.
- A Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Ability to thrive in an on-site work workplace in Ahmedabad, collaborating effectively with local teams to drive project success.
- Minimum of 3 to 4 years of professional experience in designing and deploying machine learning solutions in a fast-paced development environment.
