About the Role :

As an AI Lead, you will own the end-to-end design and delivery of intelligent systems from data pipeline to production-grade LLM applications.

What You'll Do :

- Lead design and implementation of LLM-based features using LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG pipelines, and OpenAI API.
- Architect and optimize ML workflows using PyTorch, MLOps practices, and Kubernetes-based deployments.
- Build and manage Vector DB integrations for semantic search and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Develop scalable full-stack AI applications using MERN stack (MongoDB, Express, React, Node.js).
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ship AI features end to end.
- Set up FastAPI-based backends for serving ML models in production.
- Fine-tune foundation models and evaluate performance against business KPIs.




- Drive code reviews, technical standards, and mentorship for the AI team.

Must Have :

- Python (primary), with robust applied ML background.
- Hands-on with LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, and RAG architectures.
- Experience with PyTorch, Hugging Face, and fine-tuning workflows.
- Kubernetes, MLOps, and production ML deployment.
- Vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, or similar).
- REST APIs with FastAPI; frontend familiarity with React and Node.js.

Good to Have :

- OpenAI API and prompt engineering best practices.
- Experience leading a team or mentoring junior engineer.
