Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop production-grade Generative AI applications using Python

- Build scalable RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines using vector databases and semantic search

- Design and implement Agentic AI workflows using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and enterprise LLM integrations

- Integrate and optimize Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, and Anthropic Claude models for business applications

- Develop RESTful APIs using Flask or FastAPI for AI-powered services

- Design scalable AI architectures with microservices and cloud-native deployment practices

- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve response quality, accuracy, and reliability

- Build semantic search applications using vector databases such as ChromaDB, MongoDB Vector Search, or similar

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into AI solutions

- Lead code reviews, mentor engineers, and ensure engineering best practices

- Participate in architecture discussions and drive AI innovation across projects

- Deploy and maintain AI applications using CI/CD pipelines and containerized environments





- Ensure AI applications are scalable, secure, reliable, and production-ready

Required Skills

- 8+ years of experience in Python development

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLMs

- Strong expertise in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation)

- Experience with Azure OpenAI, OpenAI GPT, or Claude

- Hands-on experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or LlamaIndex

- Experience building Agentic AI applications using MCP (Model Context Protocol)

- Knowledge of Vector Databases (ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS, Qdrant, Weaviate, or MongoDB Vector Search)

- Experience developing REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask

- Solid Prompt Engineering skills
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS)
