Role: Full-Time | AI / Generative AI

Work Mode: Hybrid

We’re looking for an AI Developer who can build and ship real-world LLM-powered products — from RAG and AI agents to document generation and evaluation pipelines.

What You’ll Work On

- Build RAG-based Q&A;, conversational flows & document generation
- Develop AI agents, tool/function calling & structured outputs
- Build retrieval pipelines using embeddings, vector search & reranking
- Develop scalable backend services with Python + FastAPI
- Work with Redis, Celery, SQL, Docker & Linux
- Run and optimize self-hosted open-weight models using vLLM / Ollama
- Work on LoRA/QLoRA fine-tuning and model evaluation
- Build systematic AI quality, groundedness & safety evaluations





Must-Have Skills Python | FastAPI/Flask | RAG | Embeddings | Vector DB | LangChain/LangGraph/CrewAI | Function Calling | SQL | Git | Docker | Linux

Good to Have

Llama / Qwen / Mistral | vLLM | Ollama | Quantization | LoRA/QLoRA | Whisper/ASR | TTS | VLMs | n8n

Ideal Profile:

~3 years software engineering experience with 1.5–2+ years of hands-on LLM/Generative AI experience and a robust focus on building reliable, production-ready AI applications.
