About Skillivo

Skillivo is an AI-native personalized learning platform: type any learning goal - Python, marketing, finance - and AI builds a personalized, interactive course in 60 seconds: multi-modal lessons, hands-on practice and an AI tutor that knows your entire learning plan. A course built for one person: you.

We are hiring a hands-on growth marketer to take Skillivo from its first users to its first 100,000 users.

This is not a traditional marketing role, and you will use AI agents, automation, no-code tools, and lightweight development to run it as one person with the output of a full growth team - without depending on additional marketing, design, or engineering headcount.

What you will own

- End-to-end GTM execution: positioning, messaging, ICP definition, customer research, channel strategy, and experimentation.
- AEO/GEO as a core acquisition channel: getting Skillivo cited by ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, and other AI answer engines.
- SEO and scalable content: programmatic pages, comparison pages, subject pages, articles, and search-led landing pages.
- Content generation and distribution: YouTube, LinkedIn, X, Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts—including product demos, tutorials, educational content, and creator collaborations.
- The complete conversion journey: website copy, landing pages, quizzes, funnels, onboarding, and email lifecycle campaigns covering nurture, activation, retention, and reactivation.
- Paid acquisition: Google, Meta, Instagram, and YouTube campaigns—activated only after organic channels validate the message.
- Community and distribution: WhatsApp and Telegram communities, referrals, ambassadors, affiliates, influencers, strategic partnerships, and platform listings such as Product Hunt, G2, and relevant learning marketplaces.
- Growth analytics: acquisition, activation, retention, weekly active learners, CAC, LTV, conversion,



and revenue.

How you will work

- Build AI-powered workflows for research, content creation, outreach, publishing, experimentation, optimization, and reporting.
- Create and launch campaigns, pages, funnels, and email flows independently.
- Repurpose strong ideas across multiple channels without producing generic AI content.
- Run rapid experiments, stop what does not work, scale what does - and turn winners into repeatable growth systems.
- Ship end to end with no dependency on designers or developers - AI tools are your design and dev team

Who we are looking for

- A track record of shipping growth work with measurable results - campaigns, funnels, communities, content engines, or products you built yourself
- Hands-on fluency with AI tools: advanced prompting, workflow automation (n8n, Make, Zapier, or code, etc), and comfort working at the API level is a robust plus
- Full-stack marketing ability: you can write convincingly, design passably, build a landing page, launch an ad campaign, and read your own analytics
- High agency, comfort with ambiguity, and a bias toward shipping over planning
- Proof of work: you can show actual outputs - systems, workflows, growth numbers - not just ideas or slides
- Direct AEO/GEO experience (you've gotten content cited by AI answer engines)
- Ability to produce video and short-form content yourself
