- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence or related field
- 8+ years in software/AI engineering, with at least 2–3 years in a technical leadership role
- Proven track record of leading and delivering AI projects in production environments
- Solid knowledge of Generative AI, Machine learning, and data science principles
- Expert in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, GCP)
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Strong understanding of MLOps tools and practices (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of system design and software engineering best practices
- Strong leadership, communication, and team-building skills
- Analytical mindset with a proactive problem-solving attitude
