Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated AI Engineer with hands-on experience in Generative AI to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, and agentic AI systems, and will be comfortable building production-ready AI applications using modern frameworks and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art LLMs

- Build and optimize RAG pipelines integrating vector databases and external knowledge sources

- Develop applications using LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar orchestration frameworks

- Implement agentic AI systems, including multi-agent workflows and tool-using agents

- Work with Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar standards for model/tool interaction

- Fine-tune, evaluate, and optimize LLM performance for real-world use cases

- Collaborate with product, backend, and data teams to integrate AI solutions into products

- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI-driven systems

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in GenAI, LLMs, and AI tooling





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Minimum 3 years of skilled experience in AI/ML or Generative AI

- Strong understanding of LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.)

- Hands-on experience with RAG architectures

- Proficiency with LangChain (or similar frameworks)

- Experience building agentic AI systems and workflows

- Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol) or comparable model-tool integration approaches

- Solid programming skills in Python

- Experience with vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma)

- Understanding of embeddings, prompt engineering, and evaluation techniques

- Experience deploying AI services using APIs, cloud platforms, or containers

Good to Have:

- Experience with fine-tuning or training LLMs

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

- Exposure to MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, model versioning)

- Experience working with multimodal models (text, image, audio)

- Familiarity with open-source GenAI ecosystems
