Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Developer with around 5 years of industry experience to design, develop, and deploy machine learning and AI solutions for enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have strong foundations in ML/DL, solid programming skills, and experience taking models from experimentation to production.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Design & Development
- Design, implement, and optimize machine learning, deep learning, and AI-based solutions for real-world business problems.
- Translate functional requirements into scalable ML architectures and pipelines.
- Build, evaluate, and iterate on models using appropriate algorithms and frameworks.

- Model Lifecycle Management





- Perform end-to-end model development: data exploration, feature engineering, model training, validation, and tuning.
- Implement MLOps best practices for model versioning, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with DevOps/Cloud teams to deploy models to production (batch, real-time, or streaming).

- Data Engineering & Pipelines

- Work closely with data engineers to design robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance practices are followed.
- Handle large datasets and optimize data processing performance.

- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management

- Work with product owners, business stakeholders, and architects to understand requirements and define AI/ML roadmaps.
- Present insights, model performance, and trade-offs to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the AI/ML team.

- Quality, Security & Compliance

- Ensure AI solutions adhere to organizational standards for security, privacy, and compliance.
- Implement unit tests, integration tests, and code reviews for ML components.
- Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience).

- Technical Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python (preferred) and familiarity with one or more: Java, Scala, R.
- Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks: scikit-learn, TensorFlow,



Keras, PyTorch (at least one in depth).
- Experience with data manipulation and analysis using Pandas, NumPy, SQL.
- Solid understanding of supervised, unsupervised, and deep learning techniques (classification, regression, clustering, NLP, computer vision, etc.).
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs or microservices for AI/ML features.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools and workflows (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and related AI/ML services.
- Working knowledge of Git and standard software engineering practices (code review, branching, CI/CD).

- Conceptual Knowledge

- Strong grasp of statistics, probability, and linear algebra relevant to ML.
- Understanding of model explainability, fairness, and ethical AI considerations.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques: hyperparameter tuning, model compression, etc.

- Soft Skills

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work in an agile environment and handle multiple tasks/projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to mentor others.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

- Experience with NLP (transformers, LLMs) or computer vision (CNNs, image processing).
- Exposure to big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka).
- Experience integrating AI/ML solutions into enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, CRM, custom platforms).
- Background in domain-specific AI (e.g., BFSI, healthcare, manufacturing, retail).
- Contributions to open-source projects or publications in AI/ML.
