Hirely is currently recruiting on behalf of one of our hiring partners for a remote AI Data Annotation Specialist opportunity.

In this role, you'll help improve the performance of advanced artificial intelligence systems by supporting data annotation, AI response evaluation, quality review, and model training initiatives. You'll work on projects that contribute directly to the development of next-generation AI technologies while following structured project guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Evaluate, annotate, review, and improve AI-generated text, images, videos, audio, or structured data according to detailed project guidelines.
- Analyze AI outputs for factual accuracy, reasoning quality, relevance, consistency, safety, and overall quality.
- Create high-quality human feedback to improve Large Language Models (LLMs), Computer Vision, and Multimodal AI systems.
- Perform data annotation, labeling, classification, validation, ranking, verification, and quality assurance tasks across different AI projects.
- Compare multiple AI responses and provide structured evaluations, detailed feedback, and preference rankings.
- Review image, video, audio, or text datasets while identifying inconsistencies, edge cases, and quality issues.
- Follow annotation guidelines, taxonomies, rubrics, and evaluation frameworks to maintain consistent, high-quality results.
- Work with browser-based annotation tools, spreadsheets, documentation platforms, and AI evaluation systems.
- Support AI model training through Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF), supervised fine-tuning (SFT), prompt evaluation, or similar workflows where applicable.

Preferred Qualifications: We're interested in candidates who demonstrate:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience preferred.
- Experience in one or more areas including AI training,



AI evaluation, data annotation, content moderation, quality assurance, computer vision, customer support, research, or analytical work.
- Excellent attention to detail with the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written English communication skills.
- Comfortable reviewing text, images, videos, audio, or structured datasets.
- Familiarity with AI tools, Large Language Models (LLMs), ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Copilot, or similar AI systems is preferred.
- Experience using spreadsheets, browser-based tools, online collaboration platforms, or annotation software is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while maintaining high-quality output.
