We are looking for a detail-oriented AI Content Quality Analyst to review and validate AI-generated employee benefits websites and benefit guides. The ideal candidate will ensure that AI-generated content accurately reflects source documents while maintaining brand consistency, visual quality, and an excellent user experience.

This role is ideal for candidates who possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to identify inconsistencies within complex employee benefit documentation.

Key Responsibilities

AI Content Validation

- Review AI-generated employee benefits websites and guides.
- Validate all content against original client documentation.
- Identify missing, incorrect, or inconsistent information.
- Ensure benefit descriptions accurately match source documents.
- Verify eligibility criteria, deductibles, copays, coverage limits, and plan details.

Benefits Data Verification

- Perform detailed comparisons between AI-generated content and source files.
- Validate benefits tables for (but not limited to):
- Medical
- Dental
- Vision
- Pharmacy
- Retirement
- Life Insurance
- Disability
- Wellness Programs
- Voluntary Benefits
- Identify omissions and data inconsistencies.

Visual & Brand Quality

- Replace Hero and Sub-Hero images when required.
- Add provider logos.
- Ensure layouts align with client branding.
- Maintain company color schemes and visual consistency.




- Review overall website aesthetics.

AI Prompting & Corrections

- Work with AI tools to regenerate or correct content.
- Refine AI outputs to improve accuracy and readability.
- Validate all regenerated content before publication.

Quality Assurance

- Conduct end-to-end sanity checks before project completion.
- Identify formatting issues.
- Review hyperlinks.
- Verify page consistency.
- Ensure final deliverables meet quality standards.
