Job Summary

Cold Chain Solution is looking for an experienced Agri Business Development Executive to drive business development for Cold Storage, Integrated Pack House, Ripening Chamber, and Reefer Logistics projects across Odisha. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills within the agriculture sector and the ability to develop business opportunities with farmers, FPOs, agri-businesses, government departments, and food processing companies.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate business opportunities for Cold Storage, Pack House, Ripening Chamber, and Reefer Logistics projects.

- Develop relationships with FPOs, farmers, agri-cooperatives, exporters, and food processing industries.

- Identify new clients and expand business across Odisha.

- Coordinate subsidy projects, government approvals, and project documentation.

- Conduct site visits, surveys, and feasibility assessments.

- Negotiate commercial terms and close business deals.

- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, and clients for smooth project execution.

- Ensure timely completion of projects within scope and budget.

- Provide post-installation support and maintain long-term customer relationships.





- Achieve monthly and annual business development targets.

Requirements

- B.Sc./Diploma in Agriculture, Agri Business Management, Horticulture, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in agriculture, agri-business, project coordination, or business development.

- Strong network with Agriculture Department, Horticulture Department, FPOs, PACS, or allied organizations is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

- Willingness to travel extensively across Odisha.

- Own two-wheeler or four-wheeler with a valid driving licence is mandatory.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of government agricultural subsidy schemes.

- Experience in B2B sales or project-based business development.

- Ability to prepare proposals and coordinate project documentation.

- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Pay: ₹15,557.00 - ₹30,956.18 per month
