About the Role we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven General Manager – Sales to lead business development and revenue growth for our Physical Security Services and Facility Management Services business.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in B2B sales within the Security Services, Facility Management, or Manpower Outsourcing industry and possess a strong network across corporate and industrial sectors. This role requires strategic thinking, exceptional leadership, and the ability to drive new business while managing key client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and business growth targets.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities for:
- Physical Security Services
- Security Guarding Services
- Facility Management Services
- Housekeeping Services
- Technical Facility Management
- Manpower Outsourcing Solutions
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle, from lead generation to proposal submission, negotiation, and contract closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, Admin Heads, Facility Managers, Procurement Teams, Plant Heads, and key decision-makers.
- Participate in RFQs, RFPs, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract finalization.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify current business opportunities.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional sales team to achieve business objectives.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, business presentations, and pipeline reports for senior management.




- Collaborate with operations and service delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Monitor collections and payment realization to maintain healthy business cash flow.

Desired Candidate Profile
- MBA in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management is preferred.
- 12–18 years of experience in Security Services, Facility Management, Integrated Facility Management (IFM), or Manpower Outsourcing.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior sales leadership role.
- Strong network within corporate, commercial, industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, IT, and institutional sectors.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue and business development targets.
- Experience in handling RFQs, RFPs, tenders, commercial negotiations, and contract management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong business acumen with strategic planning capabilities.
- Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory.
