Role & responsibilities

- Oversee the end-to-end accounting and finance operations of the organization.

- Prepare and finalize monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

- Manage budgeting, forecasting, MIS reporting, and financial analysis.

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.

- Coordinate with internal, statutory, and tax auditors for timely audits and compliance.

- Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and banking activities.

- Implement and strengthen internal financial controls and accounting processes.

- Lead, mentor, and manage the accounts team to ensure operational efficiency.

- Liaise with banks, vendors, consultants, and regulatory authorities.

- Drive process improvements, cost optimization, and ERP-based financial reporting.

Preferred candidate profile

- CA / CMA / M.Com / B.Com.

- 8 to 15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance,



with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Robust knowledge of Financial Accounting, Taxation, Auditing, Budgeting, and Statutory Compliance.

- Hands-on experience with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics.

- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in the Real Estate, Construction, or Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.
