Key Responsibilities

- Agentic Workflow Development: Design and implement intelligent agent-driven flows for ITSM use cases, ensuring end-to-end automation and proactive issue resolution.

- Conversational AI &
- NLP

: Apply advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) techniques to build context-aware, scalable chatbot and virtual assistant solutions for IT operations.

- System Integrations: Architect and implement integrations with enterprise systems such as identity management (e.g., Okta), productivity tools (e.g., Outlook), and DevOps platforms (e.g., Azure DevOps), ensuring smooth ITSM workflow orchestration.

- Low-Code/No-Code Enablement: Leverage low-code/no-code platforms to rapidly prototype and deliver IT workflows, empowering cross-functional teams with scalable automation solutions.

- Python &

- Agent Frameworks

: Develop reusable components and agentic patterns using Python, with familiarity in contemporary frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent.

- Collaboration &

- Governance

: Partner with IT, security,



and operations teams to align solutions with governance, compliance, and enterprise standards.

Job Requirements :

- 5-8 years of experience in IT Services &
- Consulting industry as a ServiceNow Engineer or similar role.

- Proven experience in building ITSM automation workflows and conversational AI/chatbot solutions.

- Strong expertise in NLP, intent classification, and dialogue management techniques.

- Hands-on experience with integration of enterprise platforms (e.g., Okta, Outlook, ADO).

- Proficiency in low-code/no-code design and deployment approaches.

- Strong Python programming skills with exposure to modern agentic frameworks (LangGraph, CrewAI, etc.).

- Ability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable solutions in enterprise IT environments.

- Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
