As an Agile Coach plays a crucial role in driving Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the organization

Key responsibilities include:

- Coaching senior leadership in Agile practices to ensure top-down adoption along with bottom-up adoption strategized for better flow of communication.
- Coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles, values and practices like Scrum and Kanban
- Collaborating with product owners, management, and stakeholders to prioritize the backlog and align team goals with customer needs
- Assisting teams in breaking down complex tasks into manageable user stories and help estimating effort based on Work Breakdown structure.
- Identifying impediments,



finding solutions, and helping teams optimize performance through Agile Coaching.
- Communicating the Agile mindset and guiding organizational changes to become Agile .

Required qualifications typically include:

- Exposure to CI/CD Dev Ops environment
- 5 years of experience as an Agile Coach
- Expertise in Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban and SAFe
- Strong coaching, mentoring and facilitation skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Worked in global setting and has exposure of different working culture accross APAC , Europe, and USA .
