Role Summary

We are seeking an Agentic AI Engineer to design, develop, and deploy autonomous AI systems capable of reasoning, planning, decision-making, and executing complex business workflows. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, orchestration frameworks, automation, and cloud-native architectures.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and build AI agents that can autonomously perform tasks across business processes.
- Develop multi-agent systems with planning, memory, reasoning, and tool-usage capabilities.
- Integrate LLMs (GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama, etc.) with enterprise applications and APIs.
- Implement agent orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or LangChain.
- Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector rootbases.
- Develop monitoring, evaluation, and governance mechanisms for AI agents.
- Optimize prompts, workflows,



and model performance for reliability and scalability.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices in production environments.

Required Skills

- Strong programming skills in Python.
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Knowledge of RAG, embeddings, vector rootbases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, Azure AI Search, etc.).
- Experience with API integration, microservices, and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, AI evaluation, and model fine-tuning concepts.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and MLOps practices.
- Solid problem-solving and analytical skills.
