Qualifications & Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

- 4–7 years of progressive experience in software engineering, solution architecture, or autonomous systems.
- Proven delivery of agent-based, multi-agent, or distributed AI solutions at scale.
- Strong expertise in MCP server design and implementation, agent orchestration, and advanced A2A communication protocols.
- Deep proficiency with agent/LLM orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangGraph, CrewAI) and enterprise GenAI pattern implementation Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)/Context Augmented Generation (CAG).
- Experience integrating AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs, and scalable infrastructure.
- Experience leading technical discovery, mentoring talent, and generating technical documentation.
- Advanced knowledge of vector/embedding databases, security protocols, and performance optimization.
- Lead the evaluation, monitoring, and observability of LLM- and agent-based systems,



advance tracing and performance diagnostics to proactively resolve issues (such as Langfuse); and design, implement, and enforce advanced guardrails.
- Superior client communication and stakeholder management skills.

Valuable to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications

- Demonstrated experience building, scaling, or productizing GenAI, LLM, or agent-driven platforms in business or research settings.
- Strong familiarity with microservice architectures and robust event-driven systems.
- Awareness of cutting-edge developments in GenAI and multi-agent technologies.
- Experience with productivity accelerators (e.g., GitHub Copilot, AWS Code Whisperer, Cursor AI).

Education

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or closely aligned technical discipline (B.E., B.Tech, M.C.A.)
